We stopped there while staying overnight in Peoria. The Nashville hot chicken and Bison burger were spot on and the coleslaw and pickles had a great kick!
Great new spot in Peoria, recently renovated. Great drink prices and it's great spot when they got live music going. Definitely give this place a try!
I have only been a few times. I will give it 4 stars for the country nights but I keep hearing it advertised as a Nashville themed Bar or Honky Tonk but no Nashville Honky Tonk will ever be having EDM or a DJ playing Rap and Hip Hop crap after the bands are done. A Nashville Honky Tonk basically has Country, Rock and maybe some Blues Bands. I had a good time but would not stay after the band is done because I go to hear country and dont want to hear a DJ playing anything but country after the band is done.
So my good friend Jon Hopkins and I go to check out this new bar the Neon Bison and What. A. Spot. We walk in at 11pm on a Saturday and I got the balls of the bison on my mind. Jon takes his reluctantly to say the least, once the balls were in his mouth he was loving it. This is the old judges chamber, but no crackheads in sight. Whole place has been redesigned full of rich mahogany. Danny R. Up there killing the mic, hot women, and new owners. Great spot! Come check it out!
